Design, fabrication, and delivery of a multi-train gas compression and treatment package for Saudi Aramco's onshore upstream facility. The scope included detailed engineering, vendor management, factory acceptance testing, and full documentation handover.

Oil Water Separator Package — SAMREF Refinery

Engineering, fabrication, and supply of two oil water separator packages, each rated at 300 m³/hr, for SAMREF's refinery in Yanbu. The scope included dedicated feed screw pumps, full instrumentation, and integration with the refinery's effluent treatment system.

Scope Highlights

  • 2 × 300 m³/hr API 421-compliant oil water separator vessels
  • Feed screw pumps sized for viscous oily water influent
  • Oil skimming, sludge draw-off, and clean water outlet systems
  • Full instrumentation: level, flow, pressure, and oil-in-water analysers
  • Interconnecting pipework, valves, and structural skid frames
  • FAT and documentation package to SAMREF project standards

Outcome

Both separator packages delivered and commissioned within the refinery's planned turnaround window. Effluent oil content consistently met SAMREF discharge limits from first operation.
